5.1-magnitude quake hits Talaud Islands, Indonesia -- GFZ

BEIJING, June 10 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted Talaud Islands, Indonesia at 1740 GMT Tuesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 73.4 km, was initially determined to be at 4.96 degrees north latitude and 125.64 degrees east longitude.
