Beyonce pays handwritten tribute to mom
Singer Beyonce Knowles paid tributes to her mother by publishing an emotional handwritten note in her honour on Mother's Day.
The 30-year-old penned a letter to her mother Tina and released it on her official website Sunday, reports contactmusic.com.
In the note titled "Dear Mama", Beyonce thanks Tina for raising her and helping her become a good mother to her daughter, Blue.
"Everything I am is because of you. You are the first voice that ever sang to me. At every turn you push me to be better. You teach me to be true to myself and the ones I love... When I look into your eyes, I am so proud. Now that I'm a mother, I truly realise the sacrifices you made for us. My love for you goes beyond what I can say. Happy, Happy Mama's Day," she wrote.
