A quick first glance is more than enough to ascertain that the fully faired supersports motorcycle doesn't disappoint. As expected, the CBR250RR is essentially a marginally watered down version of the Lightweight Super Sports concept.
Honda CBR250RR's twin cylinder motor will be able to generate peak power of 38.7 at 12,500 rpm while the peak torque output stands at 23 Nm at 10,500 rpm. The latest Honda is propelled by a 249.7 cc twin-cylinder liquid-cooled engine which benefits from throttle-by-wire technology as expected. Transmission is a 6-speed unit. New Honda CBR250RR is 2,060 mm long, 724 mm wide, 1,098 mm tall and has a wheelbase of 1,389 mm. The motorcycle has a ground clearance and ride height of 145 mm and 790 mm respectively. The aggressive fuel tank can hold 14.5 litres.
Coming back to design, the CBR250RR is easily the sharpest looking quarter litre sportsbike on the planet right now. A tall windscreen, angry-looking headlamps, edgy fairing panels, sporty tailpiece with split seats and air-intakes, twin canister exhaust system and meaty tyres make up for a mean character.
USD front fork and rear monoshock constitute the suspension system while braking is courtesy of front and rear petal discs. Higher variant will offer ABS.
